Why should I use this over AirDNA, Rabbu, Price Labs, Statista, Mashvisor, etc?
They have scraper bots that operate similarly, but you don't know where the information they are providing you came from, when they last updated their database, etc. With this Extension, you get to pull LIVE data yourself on AirBnB.
The largest reason would be flat out using the wrong information, like calculating on the non-discounted prices, and we've seen every other provider do something like that. You simply can't beat operating on the live airbnb source data, yourself, for a fraction of the cost.
What about Vacancy/Occupancy data? Or estimated monthly earnings?
Getting the right price per night and occupancy estimates are the most crucial components of any successful short-term rental project. Reliable & quick pricing info filtered down to your exact product is a lot harder to come by than you might think. Lots of providers just average these things together (all the 4-bedroom homes), and don't let you segment by Pool/Jacuzzi, etc. As you can see from the Demo video, having a Pool matters quite a lot for a 4-bedroom home in Woodland Hills.

How do I install the extension?
After purchasing, the account you signed in with automatically has access to sign-in to the chrome extension. Now you just need to download & install the extension. Just head to the Dashboard or www.AirbnbExtension.com/purchase, and click the Download button. Then just load the file into Chrome (see our How to Install Video), and that's it! The extension will be available through the Chrome Web Store soon.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. There are no pro-rated refunds, you can cancel anytime to stop being charged monthly, just visit the Dashboard or www.AirbnbExtension.com/purchase and click the Manage Subscription button.
What data does the extension collect?
The extension only works with and analyzes the search result page of AirBnB, and only reads data from that page. The Extension is simply collecting and interacting with data on the listings that you are viewing in your browser, and during a Deep Search, pulling up each individual listing's page. It doesn't collect any personal information or private data.
Does this work in all countries?
Yes, if you are seeing listings on the AirBnB search page, this can analyze them, no matter where you are. Although, it's currently setup to work with the dollar sign '$' and related USD currency formatting, so you might have to change your Browser/Airbnb settings. If you need support for other languages/currencies, contact us and we'll add support for you.
